In the context of Generali’s strategic decision to transform Dialog from a niche specialist for biometric risks to the broker-focused insurer of the Generali Group, a new online platform was created to serve independent insurance brokers. Based on target-oriented processes, the goal was to optimise the value chain of insurance brokers contracting with Dialog. In order to provide insurance experts with relevant information quickly, over 600 product pages feature clear structures and efficient functions. The website uses all brand assets to deliver a professional, yet human-oriented experience on every device. I was responsible for:
- Developing the design system
- Identify needs & specify requirements
- Prototype & User testing
- Align requirements with development team
- Manage junior designers
