Helping the users to get the right answers on their most precious questions.

Spotify’s Help site holds all of the important knowledge users may look for to solve their problems. Our job was to lift the experience by analysing processes, creating seemless journes and redesigning the complete site based on the new brand guide from 2015. I was responsible for:

  • Developing the design system
  • Identify needs & specify requirements
  • Prototype & User testing
  • Align requirements with development team
  • Manage junior designers
